This will be my pet in guild project and it is a work in progress and subject to change.

What this will be is a 25 man group dedicated to raiding Tues/Wed/Thurs starting 9pm server time. This will be a hardcore group and I expect that members to actually perform. I will be posting an application here which all members will have to go through including guildies. While I know some of you guys are good, I would like you to entertain me and go through the approval proccess so that I know your not going to bullshit around.
Expectations:
Must make 2 out of the 3 raid days. We can sub in people from the JV inappropriate team if we have to. If you cant make it try to change your calendar status to DECLINED before a raid and give a heads up in the forum.
Everyone should have a stack of potions in every raid aswell as any flasks they use. Work together to make sure this happens
DBM/omen is a must. (Pallypower WTF)?
Be on time... Your on time if your early and your late if your on time...
NEVER EVER go ninja AFK after a WIPE. Doing so = instant boot
NO QQing about anything... No one wants to hear it.
THE RAID LEADER is always right... even when he is wrong...
Raid Info:
25 ToC - This is easy and will be our main raid.
10 ToC - We will do a 10 man run with select membmers of the Varsity team. Since not everyone can go we will rotate DPS and healers weekly.
25 ToC - This will be our last raid we will do. It should get easier as skill and gear scale up.
Team Leader Positions:
(OPEN FOR APPLICANTS)Recruitment Officer - Handle looking for new recruits
KASKADE - Raid Leader - Handle Raid Strategy
(OPEN FOR APPLICANTS) Loot Master - Handle Loot distribution.
Loot Council:
Loot will be given through a loot council which will includes the Team Leaders. So we give out loot based on what we think is best for the team. The loot council may choose to distribute the loot at random by rolling. If everyone can get RawR working and create an upgrade list of the gear they want/need, we could use these lists to determine what would be most beneficial to the raid.

3. (OPTIONAL but recommened)Upload and Link a screenshot of your Rawr Character sheet. Make sure your appropriate overall stat is visisble (DPS, Tank or Healing Stats)... you could also just upload a saved character file for your character
4. (required) Mugshot in mugshot thread in general forum... (Don't be shy and stay away from page 8-10 LOL)
6. Do you have ventrillo set up with a micropone? If not please explain why and it better be a good reason such as your dad tripped over your speaker cord and broke it as he fell to his death.
7. Are you able to tolerate and listen to inappropriate language, jokes, remarks, music etc...?
8. Does your internet suck? (be honest)
9. Please post your computer specs.
10. What is your beverage of choice after 10 wipes in a row in any raid.
11. Tell us about yourself. (Go all out on this one and be creative)
If your app is accepted you will be interviewed either through Vent or in game chat. PST kaskade if you think hes kool or you need help!
