I'm sick of logging on to guild drama. People are actually getting kicked out of heroics because of their tag. We cannot have this.

IF YOU NINJA, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GUILD. I'm sick of it. If you don't get your loot, than fucking wait a week. Jesus. This goes for EVERYONE. If I hear about it with evidence/witnesses, you're gone.

I hate to be captain poopypants, but it has to be done. When we were smaller there was never drama. But we're now ranked like 12th Horde on the server, so this shit was kind of expected with our growing numbers. But if everyone was just considerate and thought of the guild before themselves, than I wouldn't have to be an asshole.

You arent an asshole dude. The thing about it is that ninjaing stuff from runs will get the guild a bad rap, people wont want to raid with guild members, much less find quality raiders to join the guild.
